That is anywhere within the boroughs of Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley and Rossendale
All records are gratefully received, even if you can only identify what you have seen as “a bat” at least we know there’s a bat that needs identifying.
